TV Training

TAM Ireland and the Institute of Advertising Practitioners in Ireland (IAPI) have teamed up to create a training workshop which will provide participants with a really good grounding in the essentials of today’s TV and what the medium can do for advertisers. The training course has been developed with, and is supported by Thinkbox

What is the course about?

The training workshop is designed to give an overview of what television has to offer advertisers and how the TV/AV advertising market works. The course looks at the many and varied strengths of television as a communications vehicle and examines the different roles that TV can play. It also demystifies the sometimes-confusing jargon that surrounds TV planning and buying. It also discusses how brands can best embrace all of the A/V based channels at their disposal.

Who is this training for?

It is aimed primarily at those people who have recently joined a media agency, an advertising agency or advertiser but is also available to new starters at broadcasters or sales houses. It is also relevant for those already working in agencies who have recently moved into AV/TV planning and buying.
